Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

At least 1-2 years accounting experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.



Job Description:

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting team by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, reviewing work outputs, and providing coaching and performance support.

Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Monitor the company’s cash position and cash flow activities on a daily basis to support effective financial management.

Ensure timely processing and recording of month-end adjustments, including journal entries related to lapsing schedules....
