Accounting Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Experience in project costing, inventory tracking and billing for installation services.
• Skilled in accounts payables and receivables, financial analysis and the use of accounting software.
• Familiar with BIR regulations, general ledger and cross department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, mentor, and assign tasks to accounting staff to meet operational goals.
• Oversee daily, monthly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy in financial statements and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations; act as a liaison for internal/external auditors.
• Review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and implement process improvements or accounting systems to enhance efficiency.
