Job Summary
Manages accounting operations, month/year end closing of books, account reporting, reconciliations and regulatory compliance. Assists Accounting/Finance Head with the production of financials and management reports

Key responsibilities include:

GENERAL LEDGER MANAGEMENT

  • Supervises the maintenance of general ledger in NAVISION System to generate an accurate and timely financial reports
  • Check the accuracy of balances of account general ledgers
  • Analyze the content of general ledgers and make necessary adjustments for any double entries and erroneous classification of posted transactions
  • Post monthly depreciation, amortization and accruals
  • Reviews sub-ledgers such as customer ledgers and vendor ledgers especially affiliate companies, records should be reconciled.
  • Posting of payroll entries
  • FINACIAL REPORTING
