Core Responsibilities

Accuracy & Verification: Conciliate billing with purchase orders and work orders to ensure 100% data integrity.

Inquiry Management: Manage internal and external inquiries regarding payment status and account balances; investigate and resolve all payment discrepancies.

Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of AP balances and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve variances.
