Dunbrae Subic Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff / Bookkeeper to manage daily financial transactions and support overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate recordkeeping, timely reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities1. Bookkeeping & Daily Transactions
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Prepare invoices and monitor collections
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
2. Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Generate financial summaries and supporting documents
