Accounting Staff

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Must be an Accountancy graduate
• Knowledgeable in financial reporting, accruals and analysis, BIR and other statutory filing
• Worked previously as an accountant/accounting assistant
• Able to work with little to zero supervision and able to meet deadline

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Records and maintains accuracy of all financial transactions of the serviced companies
• Reconciliation and maintenance of intercompany advances schedules of serviced companies.
• Timely revenue and expense accruals and monitoring of any adjustments
• Prepare financial statements and all relevant financial schedules and analysis
• Safe keep and update all relevant accounting policies and manuals
• Person in charge of system migration, process standardization (Future)
• Perform related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time
