On-site - Pasay 1-3 Years Experience, Bachelor’s Degree, Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Review each transaction in the General Ledger to ensure it has complete and correct supporting documents.
  • Check that the balances in the General Ledger match the balances in the related schedules.
  • Make necessary adjustments by recording journal entries after confirming the accuracy of transactions.
  • Prepare updated schedules for each General Ledger account, showing the correct and verified balances.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • Relevant experience in General Accounting.
  • Proficient in computer applications relevant to accounting functions.
  • Willing to work on-site in Pasay.
  • Attention to detail, experience with accounting systems, General Ledger accounting, Microsoft Excel.
