Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date records of transactions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts; follow up on outstanding accounts and manage vendor relations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
