Job Description

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of financial transactions.
  • Provide support during audits and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
