Job Description

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related business course.
  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant accounting work experience.
  • Record cash and check disbursement.
  • Prepares reports and monitor accounts payable.
  • Preparation and filing of check voucher and checks
  • Compilation of files needed by the external accountant every 5th of the month (Monthly Payroll)
  • Filing of tax returns thru electronic filing and payment system of BIR (BIR Relief / Alphalist;EFPS)

o 1601C- Remittance of tax withheld on compensation- Every 10th

o 1619E- Creditable tax withheld on rentals. Every 10th

o 2550M- Value Added Tax Return. Every 20th

o 2550Q- Quarterly VAT Tax Return. Every 25th

o 1701Q- Quarterly Income Tax. Every 25th

o E- Submission of SLSP Quarterly. Every 25th
