Monitor, compare, and report to the department head the detailed import and export situation of the actual warehouse and the warehouse on the Company's sales software to ensure the accuracy of quantity, type, and delivery time. • Coordinate with relevant departments to handle differences (if any) arising during the goods circulation process, including verifying the cause and proposing appropriate handling directions.
• Ensure the delivery and receipt process complies with standards, avoiding loss or shortage of goods.
• Prepare inventory reports, import and export reports.
• Manage and control import and export documents at stores and offices according to procedures.
• Periodically and suddenly conduct inventory of warehouses, fixed assets, and tools, stationery… as required by superiors.
