Job Description

The Accounting Staff / Accounting Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting the organization in complying with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations. This role requires knowledge of basic accounting processes, familiarity with BIR rules, and the ability to navigate the BIR online system efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records for internal and external purposes.
