Job Description
Duties
- Full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, invoicing, bill payments, and reconciliations
- Maintain records through our Member Management System and QuickBooks
- Administer payroll (PayWorks) and group benefits.
- Prepare monthly income statements,assistwith HSTand governmentremittances
- Liaise with external auditors during annual audits
- Support transition from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online
- Assistwith implementation ofAidrivendataentryandpaperless accounting workflows.
Qualifications,Skillsand Abilities:
- Experience in full cycle bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge ofQuickbook, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
