Job Description

Duties

  • Full-cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, invoicing, bill payments, and reconciliations
  • Maintain records through our Member Management System and QuickBooks
  • Administer payroll (PayWorks) and group benefits.
  • Prepare monthly income statements,assistwith HSTand governmentremittances
  • Liaise with external auditors during annual audits
  • Support transition from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online
  • Assistwith implementation ofAidrivendataentryandpaperless accounting workflows.

Qualifications,Skillsand Abilities:

  • Experience in full cycle bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong knowledge ofQuickbook, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
