Accounting Specialist – Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist in payroll processing and tax computations
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other government requirements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during financial audits
- Maintain organized filing of accounting documents
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
