Accounting Specialist – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assist in payroll processing and tax computations
  • Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other government requirements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Coordinate with auditors and assist during financial audits
  • Maintain organized filing of accounting documents
  • Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
