About the Role

As an Accounting Specialist – Payables , you will be a key member of the Group Finance team. You will ensure accurate and timely recording of expenses and liabilities, while supporting smooth payment processing and bank transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Expense Management

• Record and charge expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers
• Verify vendor accounts and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
• Process vendor payments, bank transfers, and disbursements
• Monitor and manage employee cash advances, liquidations, and reimbursements
• Oversee petty cash monitoring and reconciliation

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Reconcile account transactions with the general ledger
