We are seeking an Accounting Specialist for a 3 to 6 month contract opportunity. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations with a primary focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and light bookkeeping tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, and payment processing
+ Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding balances
+ Perform light bookkeeping duties such as account reconciliations, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records
+ Assist with month-end close support as needed
