Accounting Specialist

Description We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations for a team based in Texas. • Manage outgoing payments and incoming receipts by processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and issue invoices, monitor billing activity, and follow up on outstanding balances to help maintain healthy cash flow.
