Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, ensuring that tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently. They must be proficient in various accounting software programs, allowing for accurate financial data management and reporting.

Review and analyze financial records, general ledger entries, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
Prepare, maintain, and reconcile accounts, including bank, AR/AP, and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
