Accounting Software Support Administrator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Accounting Software Support Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our accounting software systems. The successful candidate will act as a key link between the finance and IT teams, ensuring accurate system configuration, user support, data integrity, and smooth day-to-day operations of accounting applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain accounting software systems (e.g Autocount, Million and Cloud Accounting)
• Provide first- and second-level support to users, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to queries.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system security controls.
• Support accounting processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reporting.
