Administer, configure, and maintain business software systems (eg. Autocount, Million, HRMS, Cloud Accounting and others)
Provide first and second level support to users, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to queries.
Manage user access, roles, permissions and system security controls
Support accounting processes such as general ledger,accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and reporting.
Perform system updates, patches, backups and data integrity checks.
Assist with system upgrades, migrations and integration with other business applications.
Generate and customize sales and management reports as required.
Document system procedures, user guides and support logs
Liaise with software vendors and external support providers when necessary.
Train end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and data protection policies.
