Accounting Services Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Analyst – Inventory & Accounts Payable to support our finance team. This role will be responsible for inventory accounting, accounts payable processing, account reconciliations, and journal entries. The ideal candidate has strong reconciliation skills, understands inventory flow, and ensures financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Accounting

• Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts
• Review inventory transactions for accuracy
• Perform month-end inventory reconciliations
• Assist with inventory adjustments and reporting
• Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
