For this role we believe that you have:

Formal education in accounting, preferably a Master/bachelors degree economics/Finance/Accounting.
3 years of increasingly responsible accounting and/or auditing experience in similar or larger organization. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles (e.g. INGKA and local GAAP). Business knowledge and cross functional understanding of Ingkas operations. Understanding the impact of company legal (GAAP, Tax, statistical) obligations, governance and compliance.
