Job Description

NCS is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive full-time Accounting & Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, handling both administrative coordination and support core accounting functions with accuracy and professionalism. 

Role Description 

  • Assist with administrative, operational and financial tasks 
  • Handle invoicing, bill payments, and basic bookkeeping 
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking 
  • Process Canadian payroll, issue ROE forms, and handle CRA source deduction remittances 
  • Manage provincial workers' compensation filings, specifically Ontario WSIB and Alberta WCB 
  • Prepare and file GST/HST returns accurately and on time 
  • Support reporting and financial summaries 
  • Manage emails, scheduling, and general office tasks
