Tax, Banking, and Legal Coordination
- Primary liaison of the company with external accountants; supplies complete and accurate documents for the preparation of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS).
- Handled BIR-related matters including Letters of Authority (LOA), assessments, and resolution of outstanding issues from prior accounting periods.
- Coordinated directly with bank representatives regarding telegraphic transfers, loan settlements, and other corporate banking concerns.
- Acted as the direct contact between the Company President and legal counsel for corporate and special legal matters.
Accounts Payable
- Reviewed, verified and audited accounts payable documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
