Accounting Manager

TEEMA is a high-growth, fast-paced organization with over $200M in annual revenues operating across Canada and the United States. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager who is technically strong, people-oriented, and capable of taking on expanded ownership within a growing finance organization.

In this role, you will lead the accounting function, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and act as a key partner to Finance leadership and the broader organization. This position also provides exposure to enterprise-scale system transformation, including participation in ERP and finance system initiatives within a multi-entity environment. A strong service mindset, alignment with TEEMA’s values, and the ability to scale accounting processes in a growing business are critical to success.
