SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing the preparation and analysis of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting requirements for the division. This position is an integral part in maintaining and assuring the integrity of the general ledger of the division and maintaining effective internal controls over financial reporting. This position will assist in the consolidation process and manage a team focused on corporate accounting and SOX compliance. This position will report to the Division Controller and will have two or more direct reports.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close processes and preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with US GAAP for the division.
