Accounting Manager

Tamco in Smiths Falls is growing — and we’re looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to take ownership of the finance function at our expanding manufacturing site.

This is a pivotal role within a 200-person plant environment, offering the opportunity to be the most senior finance professional on site while partnering closely with operations to drive performance, controls, and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Controller (based in South Africa), you will take day-to-day ownership of the plant finance function. This is a hands‑on leadership role with two direct reports (AP and AR) and significant involvement in inventory, cost accounting, and SAP process enhancement.
