Accounting Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Controller with strong end-to-end accounting expertise in real estate. This role will lead day-to-day accounting operations, oversee reporting, and support U.S.-based clients.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading a team while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Accounting Oversight

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger management, journal entries, accruals, and monthly close.
• Prepare and review financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and client-facing reports).
• Maintain accurate reconciliations and ensure integrity of all financial transactions.
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting procedures.
