Certified Public Accountant license is required
Minimum of seven (7) years of solid experience in General Accounting
Willing to work on-site (MOA, Pasay City) from Monday to Friday 9am -6pm.

Mentoring & coaching of finance personnel, regular property visit
Regular supervision to Property Accountants
Preparation of finance internal control, policies & procedures
Ensure strict implementation of set internal controls, policies & procedures
Ensure 100% filing of BIR returns & other government agencies requirements within deadline; review of accuracy of BIR returns & attachments
Ensure managed properties have updated audited Financial Statements
Ensure managed properties have accurate and updated accounting books, with data retention period compliant with regulatory requirements
