Accounting Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise the accounting team, including staff supporting manufacturing operations

• Oversee general accounting activities (GL, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)

• Review and finalize monthly financial statements

• Ensure proper accounting for inventory, COGS, and production-related transactions

• Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and audit requirements

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams on accounting matters

• Identify and implement process and control improvements



QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA license is preferred

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Accounting

• Experience working in a manufacturing or FMCG company is required
