Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations of assigned branches or business units



Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports



Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations



Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff within the cluster



Review and validate financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations



Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities



Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits



Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency



Ensure proper tax compliance and timely submission of required reports (BIR, etc.)



Implement process improvements and internal controls
