Role Overview
The Accounting Manager provides strategic leadership over financial operations and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for a multi-branch retail business. This role partners closely with senior leadership and the management committee, delivering financial insights that support strategic and commercial decision‑making. The role also leads and develops the accounting team, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & FP&A
- Lead preparation, review, and interpretation of financial statements in compliance with PFRS.
- Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely reporting.
- Develop and present executive‑level reports and insights to senior leadership and ManCom.
