Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 base + discretionary bonus

Overview
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing, manufacturing organization with approximately $150–200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with Finance teams
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
+ Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
+ Manage financial reporting under GAAP
+ Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&A
+ Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports
+ Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
+ Serve as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent company
