Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager – oversee month‑end and year‑end reporting, support external audits, and manage financial information for joint venture partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end internal financial reporting processes and financial reporting to management
• Assist with the year‑end external audit
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for joint venture partners and other external stakeholders
• Participate in financial reporting, analysis, and control assessments for joint ventures and partnerships
• Perform research on technical accounting matters, and accounting standards analysis for new transactions
• Identify risk areas, research and evaluate best practices, and design, recommend, implement and monitor controls and other processes
