Job Description

A growing company in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced and proactive Accounting Manager to oversee daily financial operations and lead a small accounting team. This role is fully onsite and requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable managing transactional functions while contributing to process improvements and strategic financial oversight.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Lead and develop a team, providing ongoing training and support

  • Oversee monthly and year-end close activities, including preparation of financial statements and reports

  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
