As a crucial part of our Shared Services group, you will manage accounting and accounts payable functions while coordinating with the Director of Finance. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve payment proposals in SAP
• Upload and process payment files in RBC and HSBC
• Manage the American Express corporate credit card program
• Ensure compliance and improve accounting policies
• Oversee the year-end audit and GL reconciliations
