Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of three accounting professionals while overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process; review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure GAAP compliance and accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, internal controls, and accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee payroll processing, payroll accounting, tax reporting, W-2/1099 filings, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage accounts payable operations, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, expense reporting, and vendor onboarding.
