Job Description

Overview:
The Accounting Manager (RTR) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounting and will assist in developing controls, SLAs, and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Stabilization of newly transitioned processes
Oversee day-to-day operations
Implementation of established controls and KPIs. Will assist in enhancing as required.
Second level of escalation
Line manager of team leaders
Pre-process training
FTE Calculation Review
Activities that will be assigned by his immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate
Preferably Certified Public Accountant / MBA
Prior experience as an Accounting Manager
At least 3-5 years' experience in Record to Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, or Financial Reporting/Analysis in a Leadership/Managerial capacity and Outsourcing/Offshoring/Shared Services setup
Knowledgeable in accounting software preferably SAP, Quickbooks, NetSuite or Xero.
