Accounting / Finance Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting / Finance Specialist based in Medellín, Colombia, to support our logistics and transportation (3PL) operations. This role ensures accurate financial records, GAAP-compliant reporting, and smooth collaboration with operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

● Reconcile bank statements and post payments

● Support month-end close activities

● Prepare monthly financial reports

● Prepare financials and supporting documentation for CPA review

● Partner with operations to ensure financial accuracy across logistics activity

Key Requirements:

● Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics

● Strong understanding of GAAP principles

● Knowledge of 3PL and transportation operations

● Experience with WMS systems
