Responsibilities
  • Support accounts payable and general accounting activities
  • Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Perform account reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances
  • Prepare and post accounting entries and support month-end closing activities
  • Support fixed assets administration and maintain related records
  • Prepare financial reports, cash flow updates, and management reporting schedules
  • Support tax, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Assist with budgeting, costing, and operational reporting activities
  • Participate in process improvement and internal control initiatives
  • Support system updates, documentation, and other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
