Accounting Coordinator
A growing service company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support their accounting operations and assist with project administration. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting project profitability, and ensuring smooth communication between office staff, customers, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities, including payment tracking and maintaining aging reports.
  • Process vendor invoices and maintain accounts payable records.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare via QuickBooks for month end activity.
  • Assist with payroll and other accounting-related functions as needed.
