Canadian Cooperative Wool Growers Ltd. (CCWG) is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Controller to join our team at our head office in Carleton Place, Ontario. This is a key leadership role within a stable, long‑established Canadian cooperative with a strong mandate to support wool producers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Manage year‑end processes and coordinate with external auditors.
