Responsibilities:
  • Management and oversight of daily, month end/quarter end/year end closing procedures across General Accounting.
  • Corporate Accounting, Treasury and Service Revenue Billing team; including facilitating review meetings and analytics,
  • ensuring results are accurate and timely.
  • Support the creation, review and update of supporting SOX narratives and coordinate the SOX testing program.
  • Support execution of internal control procedures across the Accounting team, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX.
  • Participate in internal and external audits as they arise (preparation and facilitation as required).
  • Foster the development and implementation of new procedures and controls to enhance the workflow of the department and accuracy of financial results
