Job Description








Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with strong QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop experience to support their high-volume operations.


This role combines accounting, inventory, order processing, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced small business environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Accounting & QuickBooks:




  • Daily use of QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop (required)




  • Process Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, and RMAs (Returns)




  • Maintain accurate inventory, sales tax, and financial data




  • Assist with reconciliations and reporting
