Accounting Clerk

A premier supply distributor is seeking an Accounting Clerk to assist with daily accounting and month-end close. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and dependable. Working collaboratively, the new hire will support financial operations by managing transactions and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.


Salary + Additional Benefits:

$50,000-70,000

Responsibilities:

Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year end close activities.

Perform general accounting activities while supporting accounting leadership and management.

Prepare bank deposits.

Process overhead and vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper general ledger coding.
