Responsibilities:
Perform consulting accounting-tax, auditing, enterprise restructure, due diligence, tax health check, valuation, etc.Monitor input and solve accounting issues to clients.Review clients reports: financial statements, tax report, statistic report, loanreport and others.
Analyze transactions and prepare accounting reports for clients.Report directly the accounting issues to Director.Monitor, manage and directly perform the audit services, including staffmanagement, delegation of responsibilities of audit team.
Conduct consulting to clients in accounting, auditing, tax, labor, wages andbenefits, compulsory insurance, etc.
Coordinate with Legal Department regarding contracts, investment, laborconsultancy, loan reports, etc.
