Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate will be assisting with accounts receivables, billing and collections duties including, but not limited to; collections of outstanding accounts receivable from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process all accounts receivable activity ensuring transactions are processed timely and accurately; initiating all billing statement for customers.

2. Review open accounts for collection.

3. Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.

4. Resolve client-billing problems and rescue accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.

5. Collect customer payment in accordance with payment due dates.
