Accounting Associate

Basic Function

HF Sinclair is seeking an Accounting Associate in Artesia, NM. In this role you will be responsible for routine bookkeeping and accounting related clerical work and fiscal record keeping. Under moderate supervision, you will ensure all accounting assignments are completed including paying accounts and posting all invoices to provide accurate management reports. You will track volume between actual vs nomination and research and resolve any discrepancies, assists on ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
