About the role


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Assistant to join our team. As a full-time Accounting Assistant , you will play a crucial role in providing financial and clerical support by ensuring accurate reporting of accounting data. Assists Supervisor and/or Manager in coordination with stakeholders.


What you'll be doing

  • Perform audit of daily transactions in accordance with the established standard audit procedures, and provide status timely
  • Analyze and submit adjusting entries to correct records based on audited amounts and proper accounts
  • Communicate queries to the concerned department/s and proactively follow up and close pending issues encountered
  • Submit report to Supervisor and/or Manager any inconsistency noted in the workflow process
