Job Summary:As an Accounts Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounting department. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional support to our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile accounts - accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in financial records
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and transaction records
  • To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
