Job Summary:As an Accounts Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounting department. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional support to our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile accounts - accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and transaction records
- To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
